David H. Fink grew up in Oakland County, attending public school in Oak Park. Mr. Fink attended Harvard College and Harvard Law School, graduating both schools with honors. In 1978, he joined former State Senator Dan Cooper in private practice in Bingham Farms as an Oakland County Business Trial Lawyer. After almost 25 years litigating many types of lawsuits, Mr. Fink’s spent three years in the Cabinet of Governor Jennifer Granholm, as State Employer, the governor’s chief negotiator.
Mr. Fink, who has represented businesses, municipalities, doctors and lawyers in complicated litigation, has been recognized as a “SuperLawyer” each year since 2007. In 2011, Mr. Fink was named a Leader in the Law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
Mr. Fink served on the Judicial Selection Committee for Senators Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow. In May 2013, he was selected by the judges of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to serve as Chair of the Eastern District Magistrate Selection Committee. He also serves on the Judicial Qualifications Committee for the State Bar of Michigan.
Darryl Bressack graduated from University of Michigan law school and is also an Oakland County Business Trial Lawyer. Mr. Bressack has been honored as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine, as an Up and Coming Attorney by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, and as one of Michigan’s 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
